Welcome to this weeks NEVER HEARD THAT.

It does feel like I am cheating somewhat by featuring a song that was released as a single by prominent American artist BECK but I am going to give you two excuses.

Firstly, when the wildly innovative BECK released this single and the very successful album it came from, I must have been looking the other way. I only heard the song for the first time a year or so later at a party and was compelled to track down its source. Being a fan, I was stoked to find out that Heart is a Drum was a BECK song.

I am sure that most of you would have similar discovery stories.

Secondly, this is my 50^th podcast, so to celebrate, I thought I would break all of my own rules.

Oh, and a third excuse, it is a great song that you need to hear!
